Christine and Stephanie are up against some strong competition, with early favourites Private Arrangements by Sherri Thomas and Joanna Bourne's The Spymaster's Lady looking to take out the prize. But an upset could be in the works...I was especially impressed with Christine's The Dangerous Duke - a very accomplished novel for a new writer.

Mine To Possess is my personal favourite of Singh's Psy/Changeling series, so I've got my fingers crossed there.

But Lilian Darcy is definitely in with a chance, with her fourth RITA nomination, and very good buzz about her book The Children's Doctor and the Single Mum.
